Existing french bergere chairs with antique cherry table
This project involved a transition from the Mission Hills family home of 35 years to their part-time Prairie Village residence. Visiting their children and assisting with the raising of their grandchildren preempted this decision to downsize their Kansas City residence. In assisting them, Design Matters created furniture plan layouts in order to determine which of their cherished items collected over a lifetime would be transported to their new residence and which items would remain to be auctioned off.
Additional services included re-upholstering these bergere chairs, custom window treatments, new furniture and accessories.
